2 Day Workshop covering various aspects of 6 Harmonies movement within an Aikido context. Pool Noodling / Silk Reeling & Jin usage as well as looking at how silk reeling informs the shape of Aikido techniques.
The cost is £30 for the weekend including lunch and the party / bbq on Saturday night.
