New Class Times for 2014

Please be sure to check the new timetables - the Yoga classes are from December and the Aikido classes are for January, 2014.

We've added a Technical Focus Class to Sunday's list of classes once a month - all teachers and senior grades are encouraged to take part in the class as well as the internal class beforehand.
