108 for Henry!

On New Year's Day 2014 we completed 108 Sun Salutations to raise money for the Anaphylaxis Campaign as one of our junior members suffers from a very severe egg and dairy intolerance that's life threatening.

The next charity event will be an open day on February 1st from 11am which will include taster sessions of Aikido, Yoga, Pilates, Acupuncture, Bowen Technique and Reiki.
